Powered by a 3.6kw(4.8hp) GX160 Honda engine, the PR550H efficiently removes matted thatch from turf in 510mm (20inch) passes. Its rugged design withstands the most demanding use.

The free rotating flails are configured in a down sweep. The flails propel the power rake forward, making it self-propelled and reducing fatigue.

This unit weighs slightly more than other power rakes on the market, with thicker guards, heavier wheels, premium bearings, and a 10-gauge (3.5mm) steel engine base. This additional weight allows this machine to absorb much of the vibration before it is transferred to the handle; this improves operator comfort and handling.

This power rake comes standard with a Honda engine coupled to a free-swinging, heat-treated, tempered flail blade reel, mounted to heavy-duty cast iron pillow block bearings with grease zerks. This unit is convertible to an overseeder or vertislicer with optional accessories.
